Overall—for everyone coming to the retreat to connect to God in a powerful way and that every aspect of the retreat would be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do whatever it wills as good.



Upon arrival, come first to the PERFORMING ARTS CENTER - registration will be in the front lobby where you can pick up your room key, meal card and retreat booklet. Check-in begins at 3:30pm on Saturday. (Some dorms will not be accessible until 7pm Friday.)

Attendees—to be receptive to God’s supernatural working; to be personally present with each other, authentic in our conversations, greeting each other with Christ-like humility; to lay aside any distractions and be attentive to God’s voice and presence; to genuinely love each other regardless of differences or history; for unbelievers and those struggling with doubts to come and receive God’s grace and salvation.

What To Pack 

Bible & pen to take notes if desired. Retreat booklet with room for notes will be provided.



Shower shoes (like flip-flops) are a good idea.



Athletic shoes & equipment for Sunday free-time activities including basketball, volleyball and tennis.



Provided by FSU: bed sheets, pillows, and towels. If you’d like to bring your own sheets, all beds are extralong twin-size.



Each dorm room has a mini-fridge and microwave. You may bring your own snacks and beverages.

Speakers—that God would use Pastor Dong Ho (KM) and Pastor Peter Cha (EM) to speak into our hearts and lives; for their safe travels and physical health and stamina. Praise Team—that praise team members would not be depleted but filled with the joy of Christ as they serve us; for smooth set-up and logistics Children’s Program—for Pastor Dan (BECM) and Ms. Yulie (YCM) and all the volunteers’ physical health and sensitivity in knowing and meeting the needs of the children; that the teaching would pierce the young hearts of the children with the gospel truth; for the safety, health and nurture of each child.

Asterisk (*) indicates that Children’s Programs for ages 3 through current Grade 5 will run concurrently. Childcare will be available for children age 2 & under.

Sunday Worship



Sunday worship will be held at the retreat at 9:30am.



Sunday worship will be held at Bethel on a modified schedule: one 8:15am - KM (Korean) service and a regular EM service at 9:45am. There will be NO Sunday School or BYG or GLO classes. ALL children must join their parents for worship service.

GLO & BYG (Grades 6-12) students will join the EM during the main sessions, and they will have their own separate small groups.
