NEED TO KNOW To commence your travel please check-in at Captain Cook Cruises at Circular Quay (Wharf 6) or Darling Harbour (Pier 26 next to SEA LIFE Aquarium). At check-in each person will be issued with two tickets: o 3-Day Hop On Hop Off Sydney Harbour Explorer o Single Day entry ticket to Taronga Zoo The “Valid to” date is shown on your ticket. Please note tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Your 3-Day Hop On Hop Off Sydney Harbour Explorer ticket and personal identification must be carried at all times and must be presented on request. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets must be used within the 3-day valid period. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or extended. 3-Day Hop On Hop Off Sydney Harbour Explorer ticket o Valid on the day your ticket is issued and the following 2 days and entitles you to: Unlimited rocket ferry transfers between Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Fort Denison, Taronga Zoo, Garden Island, Watsons Bay, Shark Island, Luna Park and Manly National Park entry fee to Shark Island and Fort Denison (excluding Martello Tower guided tours) The latest timetable will be issued to you at check-in. Ferries operate every 30-45 minutes from 9.30am. Ferries do not operate Christmas Day. Special or limited timetables operate on 26 & 31 December, 26 January and selected special events. Taronga Zoo ticket o Valid for entry on one single day within the “Valid to” period and entitles you to entry to Taronga Zoo & Sky Safari Cable Car ride (subject to weather conditions) o Taronga Zoo is located on a hill. There are two entries – at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the wharf and at the top of the hill (accessed by the road). We recommend you enter the zoo at the bottom wharf entry and use your cable car ride to take you to the top of the hill and then leisurely visit the enclosures on your way back down to the wharf.
