GENERAL TRYOUT INFORMATION INFO. MEETING:
Monday April 11th (6:00pm) Room 752 (Upstairs next to Dance Room)
TRYOUT CLINICS:
Mon, Tue, Wed, (April 18, 19, 20) (3:30-6:00pm) Upstairs Gym
TRYOUTS:
Thursday April 21st - Cheer (3:00-5:00pm) Upstairs Gym Song/Pom (5:30-7:30pm ) Dance Room
Tryouts are open to incoming 9th – 12th grade students. See application for specific squad responsibilities and skill requirements. All candidates will be auditioning for both Varsity and JV PepS quad. The highest scores will be placed on Varsity and the next set of scores placed on Junior Varsity. C andidates may choose to tryout for Varsity only, but they must make this decision before they audition. Results will be posted no later than (5:00 pm) Friday,April 22nd online at:_______________________________________ www.bhhspep.info TRYOUT ATTIRE FOR PEP SQUAD CLINICS & TRYOUTS: • Shorts (black or orange, no logos, no writing on backside and no rolled shorts) • T-shirt (plain black, white or orange t-shirt, no sleeveless, no pockets, no gym or team logos or writing unless it says BHHS, Beverly Hills High School or Normans) • No jewelry should be worn at clinics or tryouts • Hair should be worn in a ponytail for cheer or half up/half down for song/pom • Black or white cheer shoes, sneakers (no jazz shoes for Song/Pom) • Makeup required Clinics = should be natural Tryouts = game day ready PAPERWORK DEADLINE (Monday April 18th by 3:00pm) Additional forms are available online at: _________________________________ www.bhhspep.info All paperwork must be completed and turned in before you are allowed to participate in the clinic on Monday April 18th Paperwork packets can be turned in to Laura Mendoza (Athletic Secretary) Located in the P.E. Building Office or you can bring it with you to the clinic on Monday. You will not be allowed to tryout if you are missing any paperwork. Cheer Tryouts will begin at 3:00pm - Thursday April 21st Song/Pom Tryouts will begin at 5:30pm - Thursday April 21st Doors will be closed promptly at that time.
