Kristi called meeting to Order at 5:30 p.m. Sheldon moves to approve meeting minutes; Heather D comments to add in initials to “Heathers”; Steve seconds; all in favor; no opposed; motion carries Speed and agility – Aaron o Numbers are great o Friday night is light o Good problems that need to be solved o Wait and see if there are patterns based on practice times o 7:00 p.m. is best time – slower time o Start on the hour – 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 o Goalies – gloves, blockers, goalie stick or player stick o Yoga – beginning of December for all hockey kids; possible Saturday mornings for team time o Enter 5 minutes before hour Insurance o Ryan – American Insurance Center o Directors and Officers Insurance o $750 premium – non-profit coverage o All named directors and officers o Doesn’t cover volunteers o Liability policy – spectators covered, not players
