Biscuit Wrappers To Recycling Riches – Save your waste and help raise money for (INSERT CHARITY NAME) Dear (INSERT NAME) We would like you to consider supporting our environmental and fundraising initiative by saving your used biscuit wrappers for recycling (which can’t be recycled locally). Your support will help us to minimise the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfill, and also help us to raise much needed funds for (FILL IN NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION) as we earn money for each piece of the packaging waste we send in for recycling. Plus it can help you work towards zero waste to landfill targets that we know many businesses are looking to achieve.

We are already collecting at (FILL IN LOCATION) but by reaching out to local businesses we hope to be able to save even more waste from landfill and raise more funds for (FILL IN NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION).

What you need to do It is really easy to help us to collect. All you need is a separate bin for these sorts of packaging to make sure they don't end up in the general rubbish bin.

Once you have a bin in place, let all of your staff know that all non-savoury biscuit wrappers should go in to the separate bin. We will arrange for one of our volunteers to come by once a month or at any time that works for you to collect the waste. Or you can simply call us whenever you need the collected waste to be picked up.

Alternatively if you would prefer to handle the shipping yourselves we can provide you with free postage labels which allow you to send the waste directly to TerraCycle for recycling. For every piece of waste sent to TerraCycle we earn £0.02 pence for (FILL IN NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION) which we will use for (INSERT). The more waste we send in for recycling the more money we will raise. TerraCycle recycles all the waste sent in and the resulting recycled plastic material is used to make new products such as garden lumbar, benches and waste bins (instead of the manufacturers creating new virgin plastics).

We would really appreciate your help saving biscuit wrappers for recycling and also raising money for a good cause at the same time. Please let us know if you are interested in collecting for us.
