BIZERBA A400 – fully automatic slicer The A400 series has been a success in the US market since 1992. Now, it is the only stacker to meet the NSF ANSI 8 2012 hygiene standard. This heavy duty slicer is designed to run 2 shifts a day. Precise stacking and shingling programs maximize productivity. The virtually hands-free operation improves hygiene and reduces the risk of cross-contamination.                

Stack, Shingle, Shave. Programmable with 99 memories Max. Stack height = 3.5” Shingle traditionally, transverse, multi-row (3), multi-layer. Adjust distance between slices, 3mm to 50mm. Standard 13” blade. Slice thickness = 0.5 – 12mm, adjustable in tenths. 30-55 slices / minute. Multiple chubs in carriage for full production, up to 10” wide. 2 carriage lengths available. 400mm fits product 15” long. 600mm fits product 23” long.
