Dinner: Grilled Pork Chop with Vegetable Shish-Kabob Pork Chop with Grilled Mushrooms, Green and Red Peppers, Onions, Squash and Zucchini

Banana Flambé Banana caramelized in reduced Caribbean Dark Rum and butter then flambé

Breakfast: Fresh Bacon & Vegetable Omelet Green onions, Lemon Pepper, Garlic salt, Fresh bacon and grade A eggs.

Lunch: BBQ Sandwich with Fresh salad Pulled Pork, caramelized onions and Barbeque sauce on a fresh French Baguette accompanied with a spinach and cucumbers salad, oil and vinegar dressing.
