Blairs Lane Bridge Replacement Project CONSTRUCTION UPDATE #13 December 2, 2016 Hi Everyone!  This is a periodic update to the community regarding the construction of the Blairs Lane Bridge Replacement Project. These updates will be issued via email to interested parties and will be posted on the City of Placerville website. Work Activities Updates

 Contractor continues work establishing AB grade for curb, gutter and sidewalk.  Concrete for curb, gutter and sidewalk will be poured Friday, December 2nd, allowing for substantial completion of the project’s curb, gutter and sidewalk.  The remainder of the curb, gutter and sidewalk will be poured next week.  Due to the favorable weather this week, crews worked 10 hour shifts to advance progress and will work this Saturday as well.  Paving is scheduled for 12-12-16, weather and temperatures permitting.  Landscaping will begin the middle of next week.  Fencing will begin the week of 12-12-16. Thank you all for your continued patience as we work through the bridge building process. The team really appreciates the cooperation from the local businesses and residents! Please talk with the construction inspectors from UNICO Engineering or contact the City directly, to address time-sensitive issues that arise.
