GOAL OF BLOCK SCHEDULING • •

Block Scheduling is designed to start first-time freshmen (FTF) off on the “right track” for their first quarter at Cal Poly Students are scheduled into their Fall classes based on “tracks,” which are reflections of the flow chart for majors

Late Advanced Placement (AP) scores would not be processed International Baccalaureate (IB) scores can be received late Holds on student records prevent block registration – We enroll students whose holds have been removed, however, we stop right before schedules are released.
