Board Meeting Minutes October 2016

OSSEO-MAPLE GROVE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION SECRETARY’S REPORT October 18, 2016 Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Scott Ross, President at 6:00 p.m. Attending: Scott Ross, David Ditty, Michael Parenteau, Don Myhre, Craig Sollie, Joel Betker, Aric Stienessen, Greg Eckman, Joel Milteer, Doug Trieber, Stephanie Beyer, Mark Pallansch, Bill St. Peter Open Forum: Progress on Weaver Lake and Elm Creek Irrigation is progressing and will be completed soon. Open field next to HS Baseball purchased by city, but no plans reveled as yet. Fields may not be scheduled for game until April 15th. City has hired new person to be responsible for field maintenance. Secretary’s Report: Minutes for the month of September 2016 meeting were submitted by for board review and approval. Motion to approve minutes was made by Mark Pallansch Seconded by Craig Sollie Motion was voice approved unanimously. Treasurers Report: Treasurer presented financial activity for September was presented for approval Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report was made by Mark Pallansch Seconded by Stephanie Beyer Motion was voice approved unanimously. Directors Reports: Training: Doug will be adding a coordinator to help with Training and Development. Will include waived fees in budget. Working on November and December training schedule, TBA later. Equipment: Collecting equipment from fall ball. Doug will need extra baseballs for clinics.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn regular meeting and conduct annual planning session was made by Don Myhre Seconded by Craig Sollie Motion was approved by voice vote.
