This is YOUR time to break through the plateau of your health journey by SHOCKING your body! This is your personal “bucket list” of your commitments for the next 30 days of what you are going to do DIFFERENTLY in your workout routine. This can include adding time, distance, reps, weight or exercises to your routine or it may include accomplishing different goals such as running a 5k, completing 200 pushups in a day, run/walking 4 miles, completing a 90 minute hot yoga class or taking a dance class. Whatever you want to add to your bucket list that will push you beyond your normal workout routine is encouraged. Choose to complete The Healthy Edge list and/or create your own.
