Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $250.00 per person is due 48 hours from confirmation. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Changes: Changes within 90 days of departure are subject to an administration fee of $35 per person plus any additional costs incurred.
Prices Include: Airfare from Vancouver to Las Vegas, accommodation at The Excalibur (Resort Tower), motor coach transfer to the pier and the cruise back to Vancouver.
Cancellation and refund: In the event of cancellation, written notice must be received by Bon Voyage Holidays at least 90 days prior to departure to avoid penalty. Cancellation notices received by Bon Voyage will be subject to the following per person penalties:
Not included: Travel Insurance, any airline luggage fees, Las Vegas airport transfers, items of a personal nature (telephone, laundry, etc), tips, gratuities, fuel surcharges & tax. Tax amount includes: government fees, air taxes, hotel taxes / resort fees (where applicable) and port charges.
