The 5 Golden Keywords! Okay, I know you want me to get to the heart of the matter. So let’s cut the intro short and get right to the strategy.

Traffic... vs. Likelihood to Buy These are two separate issues. First and foremost we want the most high traffic Keywords in which we have a high chance of successfully ranking for! By the way, the best ranking tool I’ve ever come across is: http:// backlinknirvana.com I suggest you read my review on this site and consider using it. I’ve tested it extensively. It’s awesome. So on the one hand we want... TRAFFIC. On the other hand we want... BUYERS. So the solution is what I call a Blended Approach. First, I will teach you the 5 Golden Keywords for finding those buyers. This knowledge is so profitable, that it’s value cannot be stressed enough. Second, I’ll share with you the High Traffic Keywords. Just understand that you won’t get the same percentage of conversion with these high traffic keywords... BUT... they are still extremely valuable. Finally, I will show you how to apply what you’ve learned into a Blended Approach.

Module 1. The 5 Golden Keywords I have done extensive keyword research in Google to see what the most valuable keywords are for DC’s. When I say extensive... I mean literally studying keyword reports containing thousands of keywords for all symptoms and pains that people are typing into Google. Here is what I have found to be the most valuable keywords: They are keywords that contain a SOLUTION or BUYING modifier. Let me explain. Which is a more valuable keyword: “Canon Camera” vs. “Lowest price on Canon Camera” Someone searching for Canon Camera’s is most likely an information seeker. Information seekers are not yet ready to buy. However at a certain point - when the searcher has read enough free info on the web and is ready to buy - now they type in keywords with a “buyer” modifier. Ok, now let’s apply this to Chiropractic. Which is a more valuable keyword: “Back Pain” vs. “Back Pain Relief” I can tell you from first hand experience, that the person who types in “back pain relief” is 10x’s more likely to be a BUYER. Relief is a buying keyword. “Back pain” is too broad and is an information seeker keyword. You can apply this modifier to any niche! For example, if you have an army of lead generation site that target carpal tunnel, migraine

headaches, and sciatica, here is how you apply this modifier:

Carpal Tunnel Relief Migraine Headache Relief Sciatica Relief. Now. I studied what the highest priced keywords are to purchase in Google Pay Per Click. Google works on a bidding auction system if someone wants to run a little ad next to the search results in Google. When you study what keywords are getting the HIGHEST bid prices, this is a direct indication of the market value of this keyword. In plain English, if someone is willing to big $3 per click to “back pain relief”, then you KNOW with certainty that they are successful monetizing off this keyword. Do you see how powerful that knowledge is? Okay, so I just shared the first golden keyword. I did this to demonstrate what I meant by a Solution / Buying Modifier. And then I showed how to apply this modifier to all your niche sites. Now it is time for the final reveal... to show you what the 5 most valuable keywords are for chiropractic. What I call the...

5 Golden Keywords: --> Keyword #1: Relief --> Keyword #2: Treatment (or treatments) --> Keyword #3: Cure (or cures) --> Keyword #4: Review (or Reviews) --> Keyword #5: Best / Top Rated / Best Rated

“Relief” That one is obvious, why that is such a valuable keyword. You don’t type “relief” into google unless you’re looking for a solution. In other words, they have credit card in hand and are ready to act. Otherwise they would just type in “headache” and not “headache relief.” Also, the Pay Per Click bid prices for keywords containing “relief” are threw the roof indicating this modifier has VERY high commercial intent!

“Treatment” And you sure as heck don’t type in the phrase “treatment” into google unless you’re a buyer. Common sense. An example of using this modifier would be “chronic back pain treatment”.... “lower back pain treatment”... “sciatica treatments”. Let’s move on...

“Cure” This also has very high PPC bid prices. It is valuable for the same reason that “relief” is valuable --> they’re both BUYER keyword modifiers. An example of this would be “cure back pain”. Don’t forget the plural of this, eg. “whiplash cures.”

“Review” This one is a ten ton MONSTER keyword. It doesn’t get high search volume, but when someone types in “review” they are on the very edge of buying something. I was recently looking to buy a netbook. I started with broad keywords when I was still an information seeker (eg. a NON-buyer.) But once I knew which netbook I wanted and was ready to buy, I started looking for reviews. Such as “asus netbook review”. Amazon reviews are hugely popular for this reason as well: the BUYERS read them. If you were NOT a buyer and had no intention of buying, you would never in a million years seek to read reviews. An example of this keyword would be “chiropractic reviews” or “chicago chiropractic reviews.” This is a biggie.

“Best / Top Rated” No sane person would type “best rochester accountant” unless they were shopping for an accountant! An example of this keyword is “top chiropractor” ... “top rated chiropractor”... “best chiropractor”... and

“best rated chiropractor.”

How to apply these to all your lead generation websites Okay, now you need only add the keyword modifier to your root keyword. For instance, Carpal Tunnel is your root keyword. How would we apply this to Carpal Tunnel? Just add the modifier’s that make sense... •Carpal tunnel relief •Treatment for carpal tunnel (or “carpal tunnel treatments”) •Carpal tunnel cure •Review --> this one doesn’t really make sense here •Best / top rated --> also doesn’t really make sense.

Module 2. The High Traffic Keywords Okay, the following list are some of the most valuable high traffic keywords. These keywords are hugely beneficial. However they won’t necessarily contain as many buyers as the first list... but... these are STILL incredibly valuable. The High Traffic Golden Keywords Are: chiropractic chiropractor chiropractors chiropracter ---> misspelling! chiropractic treatment(s)* chiropractic back pain chiropractic clinic

What do all these high traffic keywords have in common?

The city modifier!

Module 3. The Blended Approach. This is the part of the report where I can only give you the general Theory. I can’t really give you a cookie cutter approach here. What we want for each lead generation website is combination of High Traffic along with the most searched Buyer keyword. If I was running your army of lead generations sites, I would target only two keywords. Total. And I would gear all my backlinks and SEO efforts around dominating for those two keywords. So how do you make a decision? Use a free keyword research tool called Google Keyword Tool. You can access this tool here:

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal Don’t play blind archery. I have given you some excellent short cuts to finding golden keywords. But you need to enter them into Google’s Keyword Tool and see which ones have adequate search volume. In many cases it will say “insufficient search volume” which means they just don;’t have enough data collected to tell you how many people are searching for that keyword monthly. But... it doesn’t mean it’s a poor keyword. So, let’s se the carpal tunnel example. I would enter in all the keywords that I gave you on at the top of page seven. I would enter in the city modifiers such as carpal tunnel, to see if it had decent search volume. Then, based on what the google keyword tool tells me, I’d select the two keywords with the absolute highest search volume. Plain and simple. Again, you’ll have to apply the Common Sense Rule here. I can’t give you a cookie cutter approach for all scenarios. But this is a proven way to use the Blended Approach.
