Meeting Professionals who book by December 2016 and actualize by June 30, 2017 in Greater Ontario will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation from Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau.

SUBMIT AN RFP
Eligibility is based upon new proposals, originated by the Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau and distributed to one or multiple properties, that booked for one or more nights, Limited to two (2) new groups per year. Incentives are paid to the meeting professional within 30 days of the group’s final pick up report submitted by hotel(s) after departure. Groups must actualize and be completed prior to June 30, 2017. The Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time.
