CORRESPONDENCE Councillors will be commenting on RBC’s Local Plan Consultation to build houses at Land south of Flawforth Lane and the Bunny Brickworks as both would have an impact on traffic volumes along Loughborough Road. NCC are conducting a Residents’ Survey until the 24th November. New Year’s Day Walk: 11.30AM, Monday 1st January 2018 Meet outside the Community Hall. Refreshments afterwards in the Church Room. PARISH CLERK/RESPONSIBLE FINANCIAL OFFICER The Clerk will be submitting her formal resignation on the 1st January 2018 to terminate office on the 31st March 2018. For further information regarding the forthcoming vacancy, please contact the Clerk.
The next Parish Council meeting will be held on Wednesday 10th January at 7.30 pm in the Community Hall (subject to additional meetings as necessary). If you wish to raise any points, please inform a Councillor beforehand, or come to the meeting yourself and speak during the open session.
