The insurance industry does not view AVs as an existential crisis, but views it as an opportunity to continue creating products that help people and companies manage risk.

Research the appropriate amount and types of data that should be captured, along with the methods of reliable storage. Cybersecurity measures need to be given more attention, including firewalls and domain separation. Clarify the sources and integration of critical data concerning infrastructure, weather, and road conditions.
