brilliant bicycles pop up concept
POP-UP SHOP CONCEPT I put together this little concept for the creative aspects of a Brilliant Bicycle Co. pop-up shop to demonstrate that I can work beyond that ‘corporate’ look. I obviously do not (yet) know all of the intricacies of the brand, so please bear with me and the assumptions I made for this demo. - Aiden Duffy
Look ‘n’ Feel
The look ‘n’ feel of the Brilliant Bicycle Co. pop-up shop strikes the a nice balance between minimalist and beachy retro - it‘s definitely hip, but doesn’t distract from the bicycles. Lines are simple and enhanced with solid colors in aesthetically pleasing combinations.

What’s at the Brilliant Pop-up Shop? Bicycles Models of both beautiful, hand-built bicycles are front and center, because that’s what Brilliant is about. People can see the quality first-hand and get a sense for what it would mean to own of these beauties. There’s also have some other cool stuff going on (it is a pop-up shop after all), but it’s all made to be genuinely interesting to the customer and designed with the simple Brilliant aesthetic at top of mind - no flashy crap.

People can experience the smooth ride first-hand, with experienced techs on hand to show them how easy it is to fit the bike for their comfort.
There’s a gorgeous T-shirt everyone will want to actually wear. Get one when you take a Brilliant for a test ride.
Then they can design their bike, and if they aren’t ready to order right away, we’ll send them the specs so it’s easy if they want to later.
People can take an awesome photo in the booth, they’ll get a real live print out with some low-key branding and the option to share on Instagram.

Mock-up tour: Shop front The following pages are ‘tours’ of the different areas of the pop-up shop. I would consider this a ‘first draft’ - as I would need input from the team and a few more iterations until we had something perfect.
