"Bring A Friend" Program
"Bring A Friend" Program (Open to those who register between May 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017.)
Register your child along with a new, unregistered friend, and they can enjoy soccer together on the same AYSO team! We will place one net new friend on your child’s team, as long as they are new players in our program. Limitation: One friend only will be placed with his/her friend. Multiple requests cannot be accommodated. Please fill out the form below and turn it in with your registration during one of the open registration events or mail it to AYSO Region 794, PO Box 64, Morton Grove, IL 60053. Returning AYSO Player Name____________________ New AYSO Player (Friend) Name_______________________ I understand that if more than one new player request a present player, the region has a right to choose which new player is placed with the present player. I also understand that if more than one present player request a new player the region has a right to choose which new player they are placed with for that season.
