44th Annual Brockport Kiwanis Holiday Craft Show and Sale December 3, 2017 *Keep this page for your records * Where:
Sweden-Clarkson Community Center 4927 Lake Rd. South, Brockport, NY 14420 (just south of Rte. 19 & 31 intersection)
When:
Show is Sunday December 3, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Set up is available on Saturday, December 2rd from 5 to 9 PM.
Cost:
Space size is 7’x 10’ & rates vary by registration date: Postmarked before September 1 is $45/space Postmarked between September 1 and November 17 is $55/space Refunds will not be given. Spaces will be assigned at check-in. No applications postmarked after November 17 will be accepted.
Optional
A limited number of 6 ft. tables are available for rent at $10.00 each, paid in advance. Chairs are not available. Electric power is available for $5.00 paid in advance (limited to wall spaces) Kiwanis Club of Brockport Attn. Craft Fair P.O. Box 203 Brockport, NY 14420-0203
Door Prizes:
All crafters are invited to contribute items for a Chinese Auction. Donated crafts will be collected during setup and displayed near the show entrance. Drawings will be held throughout the day to encourage customers to spend more time at the show.
