Vegetable Stock or Water Brown Rice Salt, Kosher Olive Oil Onion, minced Garlic, minced Mushrooms, thinly sliced Parsley, fresh, minced Lemon, juiced Black Pepper, ground

Preparation: 1. Gather all ingredients and equipment. 2. In a medium saucepot over medium-high heat, cook oninos until trandlucent, about 2-3 minutes. 3. Then add in the mushrooms and garlic, cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Add in the rice and spices and toast for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 5. Then add the lemon juice, vegetable stock, and parsley. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is gone.
