For the travel baseball player, as well as the first-timer, this camp caters to all levels. Your kids will love this camp!

The new Brunswick Baseball Camp is designed to provide each camper with a positive summer experience and appropriate baseball skill development. Quality instruction by a competent and an encouraging coaching staff will refine campers’ baseball skills while having fun and learning the nuances of the game. We strive to give your child the self-confidence he/she needs to be successful.

PROGRAM
Brunswick Baseball Camp will teach your child the skills needed to play baseball the correct way. Focus will be placed on batting, bat control, bunting, base running, throwing, pitching, fielding (both infield and outfield), 1st-3rd, and reacting in critical situations. Campers will receive 10 hours of baseball instruction and participate in six games per week. Additionally, each camper will have a chance to win fun, daily competitions in place hitting, homerun derbies, bunt placement, etc., and will receive awards each week for various achievements.
Camp Director, Johnny Montanez, is entering his second season as the Head Coach for Brunswick’s Varsity Baseball team. Prior to Brunswick, Coach Montanez worked in camps for 14 years, including as director of ESF Summer Camps at Greenwich Academy. Over the years, Coach Montanez has helped develop confidence in the most beginner baseball players as well as enhanced the play and endurance of extremely skilled players, enabling them to play in highly competitive college programs such as Tulane, Dartmouth, and Amherst. Coach Montanez is joined by veteran Brunswick baseball coaches, and camp legends Coach Power Fraser and Coach Mike Harris. Our coaches are hand selected by the directorial staff. They are trained to understand the needs of children and the importance of role modeling, most importantly they are trained in the art of how to provide appropriate baseball skill development. Each team will be coached by a current high school player, and each age group will be led by a current high school baseball coach. Guest appearances, lectures, and mini clinics run by previous and current professional baseball players are scheduled. Your child is guaranteed to enjoy this traditional baseball experience, coached by the finest staff.
