Bryce, Zion & Grand Canyon October 11, 2013 to October 18, 2013 We’re counting down the days to your exciting western adventure! In a few weeks, you will experience an unforgettable journey with captivating canyons, a thrilling scenic jeep tour at Mogollon Rim, the breathtaking view from your hotel at the rim of the Grand Canyon, and so much more! Our partnership with Globus has allowed us to provide you with excellent service in the company of fellow adventure travelers. As there are less than 20 members on this vacation, a representative from Singles Travel International will not be on your tour to escort the group. We have arranged for all of you to be together on your first evening. Daria Williams, a member of the STI community, has generously volunteered to be our STI Ambassador for getting the group together to socialize for an hour before meeting the rest of the group on your tour. Please note that Daria is a fully paying guest, just as the remainder of the STI group, and not a travel director. Luggage Recently, major airlines have changed their policy regarding checked baggage. Visit your carrier’s website or call them directly for up-to-date information about baggage allowance, weight restrictions and fees. When you receive your travel packet in the mail, reference page 23 of your documents for Globus luggage requirements. Do not pack money, travel documents, jewelry or medicine in your checked baggage. Hand carry these essential items!
Insurance What happens if you get a flat tire on the way to the airport, an unwelcome bug decides to hit you with a nasty cold or you have to cancel your vacation to take care of a loved one? Last minute conflicts occur all too often with members. If an unexpected event causes a change of plans, you are able to recoup your investment if your vacation is protected. Please call Robin Zell today at (877) 765-6874 x704 for a quote. It’s more reasonable than you think! If you have purchased travel insurance, make sure you take a copy of your policy and emergency contact phone numbers with you in case you need assistance.
Personal Medication Advice Carry with you an adequate supply of any medication you may require while traveling. Prescription medicines should always be in your hand carry-on (not in checked luggage) only in their original, labeled containers. It may be helpful to pack a list of medications including dosage and generic names. If you lose the originals while traveling, you'll have copies for easier reporting and replacement. You may consider bringing a small supply of commonly used over the counter medications for headaches and/or anti-diarrhea pills.
Refunds and Concerns There is no refund for any unused portion of our tour or any out of pocket expenses for accommodations should changes be necessary for any reason. Please address any concerns to your Globus Tour Director. Making sure that your vacation experience is just right takes a team effort. Speak up early if you are not satisfied in any way.
