Date: ___________________________________ EXPLANATION OF PAYMENT OPTIONS Bi-annual Payment: The tuition will be divided between two payments. 1. 65% ($1,300) of the tuition is paid September 1 2. The remaining 35% ($700) is paid by January 10 Quarterly Payments: The tuition will be divided among 4 payments throughout the school year. 1. 30% ($600) - September 1 2. 20% ($400) - November 1 3. 25% ($500) - February 1 4. 25% ($500) - April 1 Monthly Payments: Tuition will be divided among 9 months paid throughout the school year, the first half of the tuition will be due prior to December 1 st and the remaining 50% will be due prior to May 1 st 1. 12.5% ($250) - Sept 1 6. 10% ($200) - Feb 1 2. 12.5% ($250) - Oct 1 7. 10% ($200) - Mar 1 3. 12.5% ($250) - Nov 1 8. 10% ($200) - Apr1 4. 12.5% ($250) - Dec 1 9. 10% ($200) - May 1 5. 10% ($200) - Jan 1 REFUND POLICY If a student chooses to withdrawal him or herself from Bethel School of Leadership within the first 30 days of the program, he or she will receive a partial refund. This refund will not include any income that has been expended on the student’s behalf. If a student is dismissed, no refund will be given and the remaining balance (if any) will be due upon his or her departure. There are no exceptions.
