GET THEM TO THE GREEK! • The Terriers have historically done well at Agganis Arena. • They own a 7-1-1 record at that venue. • The Terriers are 5-0-1 against Hockey East opponents at Agganis, including a 2-0 victory over Merrimack last season. • Against non-conference foes, the Terriers are 1-1-0, including a 2-1 win over Princeton during the 2010-11 season and a 5-2 loss to No. 2 Cornell during the 2012-13 season. • BU advanced to the national title game in each of those two campaigns.

TIGER TIDBITS • RIT will bring a 3-4-1 record to Boston after splitting a home series with Lindenwood. • The Tigers lost, 6-0, on Oct. 28 after defeating the Lions, 4-3, on Oct. 27. • Juniors Kendall Cornine (4g, 2a) and Kandice Sheriff (3g, 3a) each lead the Tigers with six points apiece. • Cornine is the leading goal scorer while junior Brooke Baker leads the squad with four assists this season. • Freshman Jessi O’Leary (1-3-1) has started a team-high five of the six games she has appeared in this season. • She owns a 2.60 goals-against average and a .905 save percentage • Sophomore Terra Lanteigne (2-1-0) has started the last three games, posting a 3.31 GAA and .909 save percentage. 2017-18 leaders

TERRIERS USUALLY GOOD AGAINST CHA • This is the third straight year that BU has faced off against a College Hockey America opponent. • The Terriers went 1-0-1 at Penn State last year and also split a weekend series with the Nittany Lions the previous year. • BU owns a 17-6-2 all-time record against the CHA.
two goals and one assist while classmate Victoria Bach tallied two assists. • Junior Mary Grace Kelley also lit the lamp for the Terriers. • BU trailed, 4-1, late in the third but got extra-attacker goals from Kelley and Leslie to cut the lead to just one with less than a minute to play. • Senior Erin O’Neil made 14 saves.
RECAPPING THE UNH TIE • BU scored just 18 seconds into the game and held a 2-0 lead after 40 minutes, but New Hampshire tallied twice on the power play in the final period to salvage a 2-2 tie on Sunday at the Whittemore Center. • Senior Victoria Bach opened the scoring for the Terriers with assists from senior captain Rebecca Leslie and sophomore Abby Cook. • Freshman Kristina Schuler recorded a power-play goal later in the first period with help from junior Mary Grace Kelley and redshirt sophomore Abbey Stanley. • Freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder made a career-high 42 saves.
SCHROEDER KEEPS SHINING • Freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder has been great impressive in her first two collegiate starts. • She made a career-high 42 saves on Sunday at New Hampshire, including 16 over the third period and overtime. • Schroeder secured her first-ever win with a 26-save performance against UConn on Oct. 22. • She has allowed just one evenstrength goal and owns a 1.92 goalsagainst average and a .944 save percentage through two games. • Schroeder was the first Terrier netminder to win her first collegiate start since Braly Hiller did so on Oct. 15, 2011.
CLOSE ONE AGAINST BC, TOO • The Terriers outshot then-No. 3 Boston College, 46-18, on Saturday but fell just short on the scoreboard, losing a 4-3 heartbreaker at Walter Brown Arena. • Senior captain Rebecca Leslie notched

2017-18 boston university Women’s ice hockey @TerrierWHockey LESLIE LIGHTS UP THE SCORE SHEET • After being held without a point over her first four games, senior Rebecca Leslie has been on a roll over the last three tilts. • She has tallied five goals and three assists for eight points in that stretch, which includes a four-point effort (3g, 1a) against UConn on Oct. 22. • No other player in the country has scored more goals (5) over her last three games than Leslie. • Leslie also secured three points (2g, 1a) against Boston College on Oct. 28. • Her goal last Saturday against BC was the 50th goal of her collegiate career. BACH TO BUSINESS • Senior Victoria Bach led the Terriers with 49 points last year and currently leads BU in assists (6) and points (10). • Bach is currently on a five-game point streak, having notched four goals and five assists during that stretch. • She lit the lamp Sunday at UNH, a day after securing two assists against BC. • Bach also recorded four points (1g, 3a) in the Terriers’ 6-2 win over UConn on Oct. 22. • Her three assists and four points both matched single-game highs. • She previously notched four points against Ohio State on Nov. 29, 2015. • It was Bach’s third three-assist effort of her career, with the last such game coming against Providence on Jan. 22. • Going back to last year, Bach has notched a point in eight of the last 10 games overall and 14 of the Terriers’ last 16 regular-season contests. KELLEY HITTING HER STRIDE • Junior Mary Grace Kelley has recorded a point in each of her last two games. • She lit the lamp against Boston College on Oct. 28 and then assisted on Kristina Schuler’s marker Sunday at UNH. • Kelley also scored at Northeastern on Oct. 7 and enters the weekend with three points (2g, 1a).
CAN’T KEEP BU OFF THE BOARD • BU was one of just two teams in the nation to not be shut out last season. • The only other team? Reigning national champion Clarkson. • The Terriers have only been shut out once over the last two seasons, a 5-0 loss to No. 1 Boston College in the Hockey East title game. • They have not been held scoreless in a regular-season game since Feb. 19, 2015, when they lost 5-0 to BC. WATCHORN NAMED ASSISTANT COACH • Former Terrier standout Tara Watchorn (‘12) was officially introduced as an assistant coach on Nov. 1. • Watchorn is the first Terrier alum to be named a full-time assistant coach at BU. • Watchorn won Olympic gold with Canada in 2014 and was a two-time Hockey East an New England All-Star. • In 127 games on the BU blue line, Watchorn scored 21 goals and added 63 assists for 84 points. • Watchorn led BU to two Hockey East titles and three NCAA tournament appearances, scoring the overtimewinner in the 2010 WHEA title game.

SHOOTING GALLERY • BU has ratcheted up its shot total over the last three games. • The Terriers lead all Division I schools in shots on goal per game over that stretch at 41.33. • The SOG margin for BU is 11.33, which is second-best among Division I schools during the last three games. • BU fired 42 shots on goal against UConn on Oct. 22 and followed that with a season-high 46 shots on goal against Boston College on Oct. 28. • Overall, BU is seventh among Division I schools in shots on goal per game with an average of 32.71. POWERFUL STUFF • The Terriers boast the fourth-ranked power play in the country among Division I schools, clicking at 27.6 percent this season. • BU is 8-of-29 on the power play this year and has scored a power-play goal in each of its last three games (5-of-18). • Conversely, RIT has the worst power play in the nation at 3.6% (1-of-28). • The Tigers scored a power-play goal on their first opportunity of the season in their season-opening tie at Holy Cross. • Since that goal, they have been held without a power-play goal over their last 27 chances.
ALWAYS GOOD TO GET THAT FIRST WIN • BU ended a four-game losing streak on Oct. 22 with a convincing 6-2 win over UConn at Walter Brown Arena. • Senior captain Rebecca Leslie notched her second collegiate hat trick as part of a four-point day. • Classmate Victoria Bach (1g, 3a) also had four points while another senior, Nina Rodgers, recorded multiple points thanks to a goal and an assist. • Freshman Nara Elia also lit the lamp. • In total, 10 Terriers tallied at least one point, with junior Reagan Rust, sophomores Abby Cook and Natasza Tarnowski, freshman Jesse Compher and senior Savannah Newton all tallying one assist apiece. • Freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder made her first collegiate start and stopped 26 shots while also assisting on Nara Elia’s goal. • Four of the Terriers’ six goals against UConn came on special teams (3 PPG, 1 SHG). • BU held the Huskies to just four shots on goal in the third period.

2017-18 boston university Women’s ice hockey @TerrierWHockey RECENT HAT TRICK HISTORY • Victoria Bach was the last Terrier to record a hat trick prior to Oct. 22, doing so on Jan. 21, 2017 in a 5-5 tie at Providence. • That was one of six Terrier hat tricks last season by five different skaters. • Samantha Sutherland (‘17) had the last Terrier hat trick at home prior to Sunday, accomplishing that feat on Sept. 25, 2016 against Providence. SPREADING THE WEALTH • Thirteen different Terriers have recorded at least two points this season, with 12 of those skaters having tallied at least three points. • That list includes five of the team’s eight newcomers. • Even freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder has tallied an assist, one of five netminders in the NCAA to do so. • Eight different Terriers have lit the lamp this season. • At least six different Terriers have recorded a point in each of the team’s last three games. • Senior Victoria Bach leads the team with 10 points, and she is one of five Terriers with at least four points. FRESHMEN WINNING FACEOFFS • No group of freshmen in the league has a higher faceoff win percentage than the Terriers’ group of six forwards. • BU freshmen have won 53.5% of the draws they have taken (115-of-215), which also ranks eighth among the nation’s freshmen. • RIT’s freshmen are second in the nation in faceoff percentage (55.6%). • Jesse Compher is 10th among NCAA rookies and first among Hockey East freshmen with a win percentage of 55.4%. • Compher has claimed 62 of the 102 faceoffs she has taken this season.
NOVEMBER HAS BEEN GOOD TO BU • The Terriers have done well in November over the past two seasons. • BU went 6-2-0 last November and boasted a 7-3-0 record in November of 2015. • Last year, the Terriers went 4-0-0 at home in November, which included a victory at Agganis Arena. • In the three years that this senior class has been at BU, the Terriers are 7-2-1 at home during November. FIRST NON-CONFERENCE GAMES • This weekend marks the first two nonconference tilts of the season for BU. • The Terriers started their season with seven straight Hockey East tilts. • They are the last league team to play a non-conference contest. • No other Hockey East school has played more conference contests than the Terriers. • After Nov. 17, six of the Terriers’ final nine games of the calendar year will be against non-conference foes. MILESTONE WATCH • Senior Nina Rodgers’ next point will be the 50th of her career. • She enters the weekend with 21 goals and 28 assists for 49 points. • Senior Savannah Newton is nearing the century mark for games played, having skated in 92 contests entering this weekend’s series. • Though she can’t reach this milestone against RIT, senior Victoria Bach needs just one more point to reach 100 in Hockey East play. LOOKING AHEAD • After this weekend, the Terriers will play their final home game until Dec. 2 when they host UConn on Nov. 10. • BU defeated the Huskies, 6-2, on Oct. 22 at Walter Brown Arena.

RECAPPING THE UNH TIE • BU scored just 18 seconds into the game and held a 2-0 lead after 40 minutes, but New Hampshire tallied twice on the power play in the final period to salvage a 2-2 tie on Sunday at the Whittemore Center. • Senior Victoria Bach opened the scoring for the Terriers with assists from senior captain Rebecca Leslie and sophomore Abby Cook. • Freshman Kristina Schuler recorded a power-play goal later in the first period with help from junior Mary Grace Kelley and redshirt sophomore Abbey Stanley. • Freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder made a career-high 42 saves.
SCHROEDER KEEPS SHINING • Freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder has been great impressive in her first two collegiate starts. • She made a career-high 42 saves on Sunday at New Hampshire, including 16 over the third period and overtime. • Schroeder secured her first-ever win with a 26-save performance against UConn on Oct. 22. • She has allowed just one evenstrength goal and owns a 1.92 goalsagainst average and a .944 save percentage through two games. • Schroeder was the first Terrier netminder to win her first collegiate start since Braly Hiller did so on Oct. 15, 2011.

2017-18 boston university Women’s ice hockey @TerrierWHockey LESLIE LIGHTS UP THE SCORE SHEET • After being held without a point over her first four games, senior Rebecca Leslie has been on a roll over the last three tilts. • She has tallied five goals and three assists for eight points in that stretch, which includes a four-point effort (3g, 1a) against UConn on Oct. 22. • No other player in the country has scored more goals (5) over her last three games than Leslie. • Leslie also secured three points (2g, 1a) against Boston College on Oct. 28. • Her goal last Saturday against BC was the 50th goal of her collegiate career. BACH TO BUSINESS • Senior Victoria Bach led the Terriers with 49 points last year and currently leads BU in assists (6) and points (10). • Bach is currently on a five-game point streak, having notched four goals and five assists during that stretch. • She lit the lamp Sunday at UNH, a day after securing two assists against BC. • Bach also recorded four points (1g, 3a) in the Terriers’ 6-2 win over UConn on Oct. 22. • Her three assists and four points both matched single-game highs. • She previously notched four points against Ohio State on Nov. 29, 2015. • It was Bach’s third three-assist effort of her career, with the last such game coming against Providence on Jan. 22. • Going back to last year, Bach has notched a point in eight of the last 10 games overall and 14 of the Terriers’ last 16 regular-season contests. KELLEY HITTING HER STRIDE • Junior Mary Grace Kelley has recorded a point in each of her last two games. • She lit the lamp against Boston College on Oct. 28 and then assisted on Kristina Schuler’s marker Sunday at UNH. • Kelley also scored at Northeastern on Oct. 7 and enters the weekend with three points (2g, 1a).
CAN’T KEEP BU OFF THE BOARD • BU was one of just two teams in the nation to not be shut out last season. • The only other team? Reigning national champion Clarkson. • The Terriers have only been shut out once over the last two seasons, a 5-0 loss to No. 1 Boston College in the Hockey East title game. • They have not been held scoreless in a regular-season game since Feb. 19, 2015, when they lost 5-0 to BC. WATCHORN NAMED ASSISTANT COACH • Former Terrier standout Tara Watchorn (‘12) was officially introduced as an assistant coach on Nov. 1. • Watchorn is the first Terrier alum to be named a full-time assistant coach at BU. • Watchorn won Olympic gold with Canada in 2014 and was a two-time Hockey East an New England All-Star. • In 127 games on the BU blue line, Watchorn scored 21 goals and added 63 assists for 84 points. • Watchorn led BU to two Hockey East titles and three NCAA tournament appearances, scoring the overtimewinner in the 2010 WHEA title game.

SHOOTING GALLERY • BU has ratcheted up its shot total over the last three games. • The Terriers lead all Division I schools in shots on goal per game over that stretch at 41.33. • The SOG margin for BU is 11.33, which is second-best among Division I schools during the last three games. • BU fired 42 shots on goal against UConn on Oct. 22 and followed that with a season-high 46 shots on goal against Boston College on Oct. 28. • Overall, BU is seventh among Division I schools in shots on goal per game with an average of 32.71. 2017-18 boston university Women’s ice hockey @TerrierWHockey RECENT HAT TRICK HISTORY • Victoria Bach was the last Terrier to record a hat trick prior to Oct. 22, doing so on Jan. 21, 2017 in a 5-5 tie at Providence. • That was one of six Terrier hat tricks last season by five different skaters. • Samantha Sutherland (‘17) had the last Terrier hat trick at home prior to Sunday, accomplishing that feat on Sept. 25, 2016 against Providence. SPREADING THE WEALTH • Thirteen different Terriers have recorded at least two points this season, with 12 of those skaters having tallied at least three points. • That list includes five of the team’s eight newcomers. • Even freshman goaltender Corinne Schroeder has tallied an assist, one of five netminders in the NCAA to do so. • Eight different Terriers have lit the lamp this season. • At least six different Terriers have recorded a point in each of the team’s last three games. • Senior Victoria Bach leads the team with 10 points, and she is one of five Terriers with at least four points. FRESHMEN WINNING FACEOFFS • No group of freshmen in the league has a higher faceoff win percentage than the Terriers’ group of six forwards. • BU freshmen have won 53.5% of the draws they have taken (115-of-215), which also ranks eighth among the nation’s freshmen. • RIT’s freshmen are second in the nation in faceoff percentage (55.6%). • Jesse Compher is 10th among NCAA rookies and first among Hockey East freshmen with a win percentage of 55.4%. • Compher has claimed 62 of the 102 faceoffs she has taken this season.
NOVEMBER HAS BEEN GOOD TO BU • The Terriers have done well in November over the past two seasons. • BU went 6-2-0 last November and boasted a 7-3-0 record in November of 2015. • Last year, the Terriers went 4-0-0 at home in November, which included a victory at Agganis Arena. • In the three years that this senior class has been at BU, the Terriers are 7-2-1 at home during November. FIRST NON-CONFERENCE GAMES • This weekend marks the first two nonconference tilts of the season for BU. • The Terriers started their season with seven straight Hockey East tilts. • They are the last league team to play a non-conference contest. • No other Hockey East school has played more conference contests than the Terriers. • After Nov. 17, six of the Terriers’ final nine games of the calendar year will be against non-conference foes. MILESTONE WATCH • Senior Nina Rodgers’ next point will be the 50th of her career. • She enters the weekend with 21 goals and 28 assists for 49 points. • Senior Savannah Newton is nearing the century mark for games played, having skated in 92 contests entering this weekend’s series. • Though she can’t reach this milestone against RIT, senior Victoria Bach needs just one more point to reach 100 in Hockey East play.
