V E N U E R E N TA L F E E S : U p To 7 5 G u e s t s = $ 2 5 0 0 75 to 150 Guests = $3500 150 to 250 Guests = $4500 *The venue fee is in addition to a minimum two night short term rental of our 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath ranch house. Guests may rent the house through Airbnb, VRBO, or directly with the owners.
UNLIMITED DAY OF USE UNTIL 10:00PM + SET UP AND TEAR DOWN Our rehearsal dinners and private gatherings are flexible, customizable, and easy. You can set up your dinner outdoors with a stunning sunset backdrop. For more intimate occasions, the ranch house is a cozy and open floor plan option. And for larger families and events over 100 people, there are multiple areas of the property that are ideally suited for a tent – including our 8,000 sq ft pad.
