Instructions for connecting your community:
Make a list
Who do you frequently send and receive faxes with today? We’re talking transitions of care, referrals, notes… ANYTHING!
Find them
Find out if they already have a Direct address…this is the worst part! Can you find them in the Kno2 directory? If not, you might have to give them a call.

Tell everyone
Can’t find a Direct address? Invite them to sign up for Kno2.* It’s not just another portal…they can use Kno2 with everyone…not just you! Oh, and one more thing…if they only receive from you, they can sign up for FREE!

Try it out
Once you have their Direct address, and they have yours…try it out! Make sure they receive a message from you and vice versa.

Do it again!
Keep ‘er rolling! If you want to get fax out once and for all, reach for the sky until you’re exchanging with everyone via HIPAA-compliant Direct messaging!
