Building Committee Minutes – September 12, 2017
Present: Tom Mulligan, Superintendent; Ken Vogt, Head of Maintenance, Board Members: Jim Crane, Dr. Robert Arrol, Lucas Shonkwiler, Erica Thieman, and Sue Stout The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. The following were the topics and relevant information discussed at the meeting. All Purpose Room Floor – The building committee discussed the situation with the floor and how to proceed. The committee decided to use the floor this year and research reasons for the hump in the floor so it can be fixed next summer. Landscaping – the committee discussed two landscaping projects to improve the look around the school. One is outside the district office and the other is by the shed visible to route 133. 5 Year Plan – the committee discussed several projects relative on the five year capital improvement plan. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm
