Our Vision

Today’s Message Run to the Cross by Praise Choir led by Sallyann Brittain & Episode 1: Undeniable Evidence by Pastor Bill Grant Listen On Line www.elcaminobaptist.org

by making El Camino a Life-center where:

To Our Guests We are excited that you have chosen to worship with us today. We hope that you find our fellowship warm and friendly, the message meaningful and practical, and that you encounter God in a life-transforming way. Please take a moment and fill out the Guest Card located in the seat in front of you and place it in the offering bag as it is passed. If you are a first time guest, take the card to the Welcome Counter in the foyer at the end of the service to receive a special “Thank you” gift. As our guest, we do not want you to feel obligated to participate in the offering unless you have a desire to; this is how those who call El Camino Baptist their church home support its ministries. If you have children with you, we encourage you to take advantage of our great preschool and children’s worship. This will free you and others to give full attention to worship and God’s Word — and your kid (s) will have a great time. See someone from Guest Services for assistance.

to honor God

all people are presented with the message of Jesus Christ. lives are strengthened and enriched through God's Word, prayer, and fellowship. believers are equipped to serve Christ by serving others. leaders are trained, equipped and encouraged to equip and mentor others. love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, encouragement, and support is extended to the hurting. children are grounded in Christian faith and Christ by teaching them the doctrines, traditions, and history of our faith.

Serving Our Community Your Support enables El Camino Baptist Church to meet the needs of the Arden-Arcade community through various ministries and service projects.  Community Food Closet. We feed approximately 300 families per month. We are equipped to serve through volunteers who give their time and through food donations from local grocers, the Sacramento Food Band and Family Services and the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano County. We need at least $100 weekly to support our Food Closet.  Great American River Clean Up. We join a group of volunteers to pick up litter along the American River.  Arden-Arcade 4th of July Parade. We volunteer to give away water to people along the parade route.  Community Prayer Service. We host the Arden-Arcade Community Prayer Service.

“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” Proverbs 27:17

 Community Service Projects. We invest our time and labor to help improve the grounds of local schools; bring sack lunches to the homeless; provide clothes and personal hygiene articles for local migrant workers

Our Bible Fellowship Groups serve to challenge us in confronting our misconceptions about God, His WorkHis Word and how He works in our lives. This process sparks a growth not only in our knowledge of God, but also in our mutual respect and love for one another. It is a blessing to see God working in us as we come together and “sharpen” one another. Allen Lathrop
