TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill intends to pass a By-law to permanently stop-up and close the unimproved portion of Bostwick Crescent, south of Bond Crescent, more particularly described as part of Bostwick Crescent (lying south of Bond Crescent), Plan 136, designated as Part 1, Plan 65R-36455, Town of Richmond Hill, The Regional Municipality of York, as depicted in the map below. The proposed by-law regarding the unimproved portion of Bostwick Crescent to be permanently closed is available for inspection in the Office of the Clerk at 225 East Beaver Creek Road, Ground Floor, during regular business hours.
