COST: $75 per participant Family Rates: $110 for Two, $160 for three or more FAMILY members. Same household only.
This is a strength and conditioning camp designed to assist athletes in maintaining strength and speed in order to enhance performance and prevent athletic injuries.
When? Time: 7:30am- 8:45am Dates: Monday—Thursday June 13th-30th
