C Spire Wireless (“C Spire”) is the sponsor of the 2014 Outstanding Player Awards, including the 2014 C Spire Conerly Trophy awarded to the best athlete attending Mississippi’s four-year public universities in the sport of football. These Terms & Conditions govern how you may vote to determine 10% of the votes for each eligible Conerly Trophy award recipient during the Voting Period. The remaining 90% of the votes for each eligible award recipient will be determined based upon a pre-determined formula by C Spire and the Mississippi Sports Foundation, Inc. 2. Eligibility. The C Spire Outstanding Player Awards Conerly Trophy Fan Voting (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Other Commonwealths, Territories and Possessions), 18 years or older (19 in Alabama) or with permission from a parent or guardian. Such points will be tabulated in accordance with a pre-determined formula by C Spire and the Mississippi Sports Foundation, Inc. for the award of the C Spire Conerly Trophy. 7. Disclaimers.
