Curriculum Overview with Pricing Caliper Foundations Level Certification: • Required = All BLUE courses • Cost = $1,995/person • Time Commitment = 2.5 days • Includes BLUE courses, coaching with Caliper Certification Coach (2 hours), and knowledge assessments. Caliper Masters Level Certification: • Required = All BLUE courses and two GREEN courses • Cost = $2,995/person • Time Commitment = 3.5-4 days • Includes BLUE courses, two GREEN courses, selected PURPLE courses as recommended by Caliper Certification Coach, coaching with Caliper Certification Coach (3 hours), and knowledge assessments. Special Certifications: • Special Certifications are available for the Team Roles Report, the Talent Audit Report, the Three Sixty Plus, and Caliper Analytics. • Special Certifications require a Caliper Foundations base certification (i.e., client must be Foundations certified before taking a special certification course AND cost is in addition to the core Foundations cost). • Required = One Tools Primary course (Dark PURPLE ) and one corresponding Tools Practicum course for selected product • Cost = $600/person • Time Commitment = 2.5-3 hours • Includes dark PURPLE course and corresponding practicum for selected product and coaching with Caliper Certification Coach (2 hours).

Who is the audience?
• Caliper Foundations is appropriate for individuals in our client organizations who have expressed an interest in increasing their knowledge about, and independent utilization of, the Caliper Profile.
What is Caliper Foundations Certification?
• The Foundations program is designed to provide learners with a detailed understanding of the Caliper Profile using the Caliper Advisor report, including content on psychometrics, compliance, interview questions, and interpretation of Caliper Profile behaviors and traits. • The program is available in a public setting, where content is based on the behaviors and traits found in the Advisor report. It is also available in a client-specific format where activities and case studies can be contextualized to specific client needs. • The program includes a series of interactive webinars, Caliper Clips, an on-site 2-day workshop, and consulting time with a Caliper Coach.
Where will this Certification program be offered?
• Initially, the Foundations program will be offered in Princeton, NJ in a public workshop setting and can also be offered at a client-site in a closed workshop setting. We anticipate regional events in the future.
When is this program going to be available to clients?
• The first Caliper Foundations Certification event will take place during the week of June 22-26, 2015 in Princeton, NJ. Further events will be scheduled as needed based on interest. This program can be sold to clients in a client-specific format immediately.
Why will clients be interested in Caliper Foundations Certification?
• Clients who enter this program will learn how to interpret a Caliper Profile in a more independent manner, will be provided with tools to interpret a Profile and break down a job into meaningful pieces of information, and will develop a stronger understanding of the behaviors predicted by the Profile. • Upon completion of the Caliper Foundations program, clients will be better equipped to serve as in-house experts within their organizations. They will also have access to continuing education opportunities and will have the ability to add specialized certifications if interested.

• Caliper Masters is appropriate for individuals in our client organizations who have expressed an interest in developing a deep connection between the Caliper Profile and the employee life cycle. This program is also required for all certified partners who will be using the Caliper Profile.
What is Caliper Masters Certification?
• The Masters program is designed to provide learners with a detailed understanding of the Caliper Profile, including content on compliance, psychometrics, interview questions, and interpretation of Caliper Profile behaviors and traits, all of which can be found in Caliper Foundations. In addition, Caliper Masters will take courses on specific Caliper tools and programs in preparation for a series of Strategies courses. These courses will cover strategic topics and provide an overview of Caliper’s perspective on each topic as well as interactive opportunities to practice the connection between the Profile and each topical area. • The program is available in a public setting or in a client-specific framework. • The program includes a series of interactive webinars, Caliper Clips, 3 days of on-site workshops, and consulting time with a Caliper Coach.
