We called the AC company but up to now no one has come to see it.

解决问题，首先要确定有问题，你给空调公司打电话多久了？ jiějué wèntí， shǒuxiān yào quèdìng yǒu wèntí， nǐ gěi kōngtiáo gōngsī dǎ diànhuà duō jiǔ le？ In resolving your problem, first you have to be certain that there is a problem. How long is it since you called the AC company?
B:
昨天晚上打的，说要找个人来，到现在连人影都没看见。 zuótiān wǎnshang dǎ de， shuō yào zhǎo gè rén lái， dào xiànzài lián rényǐng dōu méi kànjiàn。 I called them last night and they said they would send someone round, but there's been no sign of anyone yet.

现在上午九点啊，你总得给人家一点时间。那个空调一开就冒烟是什么 情况？ xiànzài shàngwǔ jiǔ diǎn ā， nǐ zǒng děi gěi rénjiā yìdiǎn shíjiān。 nàge kōngtiáo yì kāi jiù màoyān shì shénme qíngkuàng？ It's only 9 in the morning now, you should give them some time. How could an AC unit give off smoke as soon as it is turned on?

我就插头插上啦，摁了开关，噗！就冒烟了。 wǒ jiù chātóu chā shàng la， èn le kāiguān， pū！ jiù màoyān le。 I plugged it in and pressed the on button, then poof! Smoke started to come out of it.

就一杂牌，我在网上看到的，我是看在它便宜就买了。 jiù yì zápái， wǒ zài wǎngshàng kàndào de， wǒ shì kànzài tā piányi jiù mǎi le。 It wasn't a brand name, I saw it online and noticed it was cheap so I bought it.
A:
杂牌货这肯定是没保障的，我看你这服务电话打了也说不定是个空壳公 司。 zápáihuò zhè kěndìng shì méi bǎozhàng de， wǒ kàn nǐ zhè fúwù diànhuà dǎ le yě shuōbúdìng shì ge kòngké gōngsī。 If it's not a brand name product it won't have a guarantee. The service number you called could even be just a shell company.
