Thank You! Church Finances Calvary Church relies on the tithes and offerings of its members and adherents to ensure its ministries and mission’s commitments can continue. Each month we need approximately $24000 in our general fund and $1300 in our missions fund to meet our budget. Thank you for your continued generous support. Next Steps If you are new to Calvary Church we want to encourage you to consider how you can get connected. The Church is about sharing life together, so why not consider joining a small group or connecting point? There are numerous opportunities to connect listed on the bulletin board in the lobby. Please speak to a pastor if you have any questions. We’d love to help! Prayer If you have a prayer request that you would like the pastoral staff and prayer team to remember you in prayer please fill in a prayer card, located in the seat pocket in front of you. Parents please pick up your children downstairs following the service. A nursery is available for parents with children ages 0-2.

Upcoming Events Family Walk Saturday, April 23. Meet at The River Valley at 2:30pm. Potluck to follow at Pastor Evan and Sandra’s house at 5:00pm. Operation Smile A family dinner and fashion show fundraiser will be held for Operation Smile on Saturday, April 30 at Calvary Church. Dinner is at 5:30pm and the fashion show is at 6:30pm. Cost: Adults $12. Children $5. Children under 6 are free. Please contact Kathy Allen for tickets: 250-267-3756. Spiritual Emphasis Night Join us Sunday night May 1 at 6:00pm for a night of worship, prayer and encouragement to take steps towards greater freedom in Christ as we grow together in our faith! Youth Band Youth Band practice will be Friday May 6 and 13 from 3:15-4:30pm. HistoryMaker The BCYD PAOC annual youth conference is May 20-22 in Chilliwack BC. News & Notes Life Groups Life Groups are a great opportunity to study the Bible and connect with others in a smaller group setting. Please talk with one of the pastors if you are interested in joining a Life Group. Divorce Care Divorce Care meets Tuesday nights at 6:30pm at Youth For Christ. Please contact Jim Hathaway or the church office for more info. Church Laundry If anyone is interested in being part of our laundry team please sign up in the lobby. Changing Hearts, Changing Lives Chubb Lake Bible Camp 1966-1990. A book of memories made.
