Credit Agreement: READ BEFORE SIGNING TO: CAMEX EQUIPMENT SALES & RENTALS INC WE, the undersigned, apply to you for credit on behalf of, and together and concurrently with, each of us jointly and severally (Corporate name):

for leasing and rental services, for the purchase or sale of trucks, trailers, oilfield equipment, parts and products, and for work and materials, services and labor and We, the undersigned, will jointly and severally indemnify you and see you paid for your account with respect to any sale, lease, rental, supply of work, materials, services or product and for any advance of credit now or hereafter made to any of us or on our behalf, and we hereby charge the above said Lands and Premises for full payment. I agree that accounts are due and payable net 30 days from date of invoice statement. I agree to the payment of twenty-four (24%) percent per annum interest on unpaid accounts together with all legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis which Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc may incur arising from the non-payment of the account. In the event of default of any scheduled payment as and when due or the account being in arrears I authorize Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. to directly process payments through the credit card accounts listed above for all amounts I owe to Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. I consent to Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. (Dealer) obtaining from any Credit Reporting Agency or Credit Grantor such information as the Dealer may require at any time in connection with the credit hereby applied for and consent to the disclosure or exchange at any time of any information concerning the Applicants to any Credit Reporting Agency or Credit Grantor with which the Dealer deals and you may acquire, collect and obtain credit, personal, and banking information about me or us as you may deem necessary at any time in connection with the credit hereby applied for or relating to the enforcement of this agreement. to pay all late interest charges arising as a result of late payment at the above said rate on all indebtedness overdue, calculated on each statement date being the last day of each month and all payments shall firstly apply to any unpaid late interest charges and secondly to any principal outstanding. that no holdback whatsoever or howsoever arising shall be taken on any invoice or against any amount owing on the account. that Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. shall have the right to terminate the credit and cancel this agreement at any time without notice to any Applicant. Any balance owing at the time of termination or cancellation shall become due and payable immediately. to hold Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc. harmless for any inconvenience whatsoever caused by either a temporary or permanent withdrawal of credit privileges and whether or not I have received any advice of such withdrawal. that receipt of all materials, merchandise and product delivered and services provided to any of the Applicants in accordance with any of the Applicants’ instructions is hereby acknowledged and that no further acknowledgments or acceptances are required to be obtained by Camex Equipment Sales & Rentals Inc.
