Welcome to the “Shocker Fitness with Coach Bolt” Hurdles, Jumps, and Speed Development Camp! “Coach Bolt” is Steve Rainbolt, the Wichita State University Head Track and Field Coach. He will be assisted by Austin Bahner, WSU Assistant Coach and other WSU track and field athletes. Each workout will be held in the Heskett Center on the campus of WSU. The six sessions will incorporate training and technique instructions for hurdles, LJ, TJ, HJ, and speed development for track and field sprinters and athletes from all sports. Camp cost $120 for one three week session.

Austin Bahner Camp Counselor Austin has placed 1st in the MVC in both the Dec (7847pts.) and Hept (5666pts.) Austin was also 10th in the Decathlon and 15th in the Heptathlon at the NCAA. He has also qualified two years for the USA National meet placing 7th both years and has represented Team USA in four separate competitions.

Ashley Petersen Camp Counselor
Ashley is a 2 time MVC outdoor high jump Champion. She has a best jump of 5’10 ½. Ashley finished 11th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round of the NCAA Championships to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore.
