When ? This year’s camp will be held July 23rd through the 28th, 2017!
T ra in w i th t h e b e s t You will learn a step-by-step approach used by Adams State’s National Championship cross country teams. The ASU programs have produced 43 National Cross Country team Championships, more than the next 3 schools combined.
F o r W h om ? Anyone interested in learning. You will participate in groups based on your ability level and mileage. Specific learning sessions will be held and a curriculum guide will be provided. Both boys and girls, junior high through high school, will benefit. The camp is for all athletes who want to improve. Coaches are welcome and encouraged to attend!

He has coached athletes to 1,077 All-American honors, 105 individual titles and 9 relays national titles, 34 team titles and was an Olympic Trials qualifier at 5,000 meters.
