Cape Coral Junior Football Association Financial Aid Program CCJFA is proud to serve the Cape Coral communities for more than 50 years by offering a highquality football and cheer programs for our youth. As part of our service, we offer a financial aid program, which helps deserving families in hopes that every child has the opportunity to participate in football and/or cheer. The financial aid program is LIMITED, applications will be reviewed on a first come first served th basis. Financial Aid Applications are due to the Board of Directors no later than, JUNE 15 . CCJFA will provide 50% of the registration fees. The balance of the payment will be the responsibility of the applicant. Fundraisers are not included in the 50% financial aid payment. All balances must be paid BEFORE August 1st. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO CAPE CORAL JUNIOR FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTAL. Financial aid applicant must: • • •
Be registered in a football or cheer program with CCJFA. Complete the CCJFA Financial Aid Application. Provide a copy of the first page of most recent federal tax return. (AFDC, Cal Works, SDI, and SSI recipients include a copy of their disbursement voucher.)

I understand that the request for sponsorship for the REGISTRATION FEES for my child doesn’t include the $50.00 deposit that is due at registration or other mandatory items that are required for the 2018 Football / Cheer fall season. That even with the approval of sponsorship, I am still obligated to participate in the mandatory CCJFA Field fundraising.
