Card: Trim ¼" away from the edges of a Card. Center and fuse the interfacing or flannel on the wrong side of the Card. Layer the Card and Card Lining right sides together. Use a ¼" seam to stitch around the Card, leave a 2" opening for turning. Turn right side out, top stitch 1/8" around the Card.

Envelope: Center and fuse the interfacing or flannel on the wrong side of the Envelope. Layer the Envelope and Envelope Lining right sides together. Use a ¼" seam to stitch around the Envelope. Clip 3 corners. Measure 1½" from the 4th corner, cut on the diagonal. Backstitch the trimmed seams. Turn right side out, turn the Envelope & Lining fabric inside a ¼" at the 4th corner. Top stitch 1/8" around the Envelope.

Envelope continued: Fold 2 corners and the trimmed corner as shown. Pin in place. Using embroidery floss, hand-sew the adjacent seams of the Envelope using a stitch of your choice. Choose a small button and mark the spot for placement of the corresponding buttonhole on the corner point of the Envelope flap. Make buttonhole and sew the button onto the Envelope. 41/8"
