Dear Mr. Everett: This letter is written to serve as a formal record of withdrawal of accreditation for Career College of California located in Santa Ana, California by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), as a result of the institution’s cessation of operations effective January 28, 2016. It is noted for the record that the institution notified ACCET of closure on January 26, 2016. The institution was able to facilitate transfer agreements at neighboring colleges for 90 of the 105 students currently enrolled at the time of precipitous closure. The appropriate state and federal agencies are copied on this notification along with the Executive Committee of the Accrediting Commission.
