12 January 2018 Dear Parent/Carer You are invited to attend the Year 8 Option Evening on Tuesday, 30 January at 5.30 pm in the school hall. The evening has been arranged to explain the Option System and to enable you to speak to staff from key subject areas that your son/daughter is interested in following at KS4. There will be a brief explanation of the process and then you will be able to spend some time speaking to subject staff. This is an important evening, as it represents the formal part of your child confirming their final option selections. On the evening you will receive an options booklet explaining the process in full with an overview of each option subject. You will also receive the final options forms which must be submitted by Friday, 9 February to indicate your child’s preferred options choices.
