Step 1 — Bottom Panel
Flip the keyboard upside down so the bottom is angled towards you.
Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the twenty-seven 12 mm screws from the dark gray bottom panel.

Remove the bottom panel by lifting the bottom panel up and outward from yourself.
Step 4
Flip the entire keyboard so the keys face up, and be careful not to let the bottom drop.
Flip the top half of the keyboard and set onto the bottom half with the internal parts facing up.

Step 5 — Speaker
Plug in the soldering iron and place somewhere safe to avoid burning yourself or causing a fire.
Completely unscrew and remove all four screws in the corners of the speaker.
Pull the speaker out of the keyboard and set on a flat surface to solder safely.

Step 7
Be careful when removing the wires and avoid dripping solder on yourself or the keyboard.
Touch soldering iron to solder over the end of the wires, and when the solder melts, pull the wires away from the speaker.
Remove the speaker and replace with a new one.
Step 8
Strip the wires if you need more clean metal to solder to the speaker.

Use the soldering iron to melt the solder over the wire to connect them to the speaker.

Step 9
Completely screw in the screws back into the original positions on the corner of the speaker.
