For safety purposes and to minimize fire hazards, please remove dead trees and shrubs. If you need help finding a vendor, please call us. Please remember that all paint colors need to be approved by the HOA prior to painting and paint colors are limited to earthtone shades. ALL exterior renovations and alterations need to be approved prior to work being started, NO EXCEPTIONS! Even if you are planning on painting your home to match the existing color, you still need prior approval. Homeowners are also responsible for maintaining their fencing and decking, this includes staining and painting. Please stain or paint your fences and decking by July 31st, 2017. Please keep in mind that you need to maintain your lawn and weeds. This includes rock areas, mulched areas and flower beds! Miscellaneous storage is not permitted in front or sides of your home. Kindly pick up after your pet and remember that they need to be on a leash when they are not in your yard. All vehicles in the driveway must be licensed, registered and operable. Maintenance on vehicles has to be done in your garage only. Please remember to keep your trailers, campers, and other recreational vehicles parked in your garage, behind your fence or offsite. Kindly ensure that you keep your trash and recycling containers out of the streets, orderly and free of debris. Vacant lot owners will need to maintain their lots no later than June 30, 2017. Otherwise the HOA will have the lots serviced and the owners will be charged. If you have any issues with barking dogs, vehicles or recreational vehicles parked in the public streets, please contact the New Castle Police Department at 970.984.2302. Your Castle Valley Ranch HOA is in need of a Design Review Committee. We need to have 3 volunteers who are homeowners to serve on the committee. If you are interested or would like to serve on the committee, please notify RE/MAX Country.
