TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The academy will commence on Monday 10th July at 7pm. 2. Training sessions will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7pm to 8pm. 3. Participants who miss 3 sessions will forfeit their place on the academy and their place will be re-allocated. (Excluding family holidays which we are notified about prior to the commencement of the academy.) 4. Participants will be punctual and courteous to both coaches and other participants at all times. 5. All applications will be acknowledged, successful applicants will be notified by e-mail on Saturday 8th July. 6. Participants will be limited to a maximun of 6 at each age grade. 7. Applicants must be 14 years old or older. 8. Closing date for all applications is Friday July 7th at 5pm. Submission of a signed application form is taken as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
