I have attached the documents from the recorder on the deed. Do you think the County would have any appetite to sell that parcel back to the City for the same $1? Would this be something that you would propose to take to the County Commissioners? Our thoughts all started as we were going to vacate the alley, create an easement of that area and then combine the parcels for the shops and we realized that we didn’t own that parcel that Dennis and his guys use as access to the yard.
