  1.    Once  logged  into  your  account  go  to  documents  and  search  for  "Tradeshift  Support  Account.”  

2.    Each  of  the  invoices  that  appears  is  an  invoice  that  was  sent  to  Tradeshift  rather  than  your   customer,  to  correct  this  we  will  use  the  invoices  to  create  new  drafts  and  will  delete  the  original   invoices  along  the  way.     3.  Right  click  on  your  invoice  and  select  “Open  Link  In  New  Tab.”  

   

 

 

4.  In  the  your  current  tab  to  create  a  draft,  click  on  the  invoice  Status  column  where  it  says  “Sent"   and  on  the  righthand  side  select  “Use  as  draft.”  

    5.  When  you  click  on  “Use  as  a  draft"  a  window  will  appear  asking  you  to  choose  whether  to  send  the   new  invoice  to  Tradeshift  Support  Account  or  to  Another  recipient,  from  the  drop  down  menu  select   “Another  recipient.”  

     

 

6.  On  the  draft  invoice  you  will  need  to  paste  the  invoice  number  and  purchase  order  number  from   your  original  document,  to  get  the  “Invoice  number”  and  “Purchase  Order"  number  click  on  the   original  invoice  that  is  in  your  second  open  tab  and  copy  these  values  as  shown  below.

       

 

7.  To  set  the  invoice  number  paste  the  copied  Invoice  number  number  into  the  “Invoice  number”   field  on  your  draft  invoice.  (Note:  The  invoice  number  will  be  highlighted  in  red  until  we  delete  the   original  invoice,  the  Purchase  Order  number  cannot  be  set  until  we  set  the  To:  field)  

 

 

8.    To  ensure  the  invoice  is  sent  to  the  correct  branch  you  need  to  open  the  Purchase  Order  that  is   attached  to  the  original  invoice  that  is  in  your  second  tab.     9.  From  the  invoice  in  your  second  tab  scroll  to  Purchase  Order  right  click  and  select    “open  link  in   new  tab.”  

                     

 

  10.  In  your  open  Purchase  Order  tab  look  at  the  “From"  section  to  identify  the  branch  your  invoice   needs  to  be  sent  to  and  the  Purchase  Order  Number,  in  our  example  this  is  BNY01  and  0000000347.   You  can  close  the  tab  once  you  have  this  information.  

                 

 

      11.    On  the  draft  invoice  set  the  To:  field  to  the  sender  that  was  on  the  Purchase  Order  that  you   opened.  (Ex:  BNY01)  

             

 

          12.  Now  that  the  "To:  filed"  is  set  you  can  paste  in  the  “Purchase  Order  Number”  that  you  copied.  

 

  12.  Before  sending  the  draft  invoice  the  original  invoice  needs  to  be  deleted.  From  the  second  tab  on   the  top  of  the  page  click  other  actions  and  select  “Delete  this  document”    

  13.  A  confirmation  window  will  appear  click  on  “Yes,  delete  it.”  You  can  close  the  tab  after  this  step.  

         

 

 

14.  Now  that  the  original  invoice  is  deleted  and  the  draft  invoice  has  the  correct  information  you  can   send  the  invoice  by  clicking  on  the  green  “Send"  button  on  the  bottom  of  the  screen.  

15.  Repeat  the  above  steps  for  all  invoices  that  were  sent  to  "Tradeshift  Support  Account.”
