2014 Re-Cap, 2015 Outlook 2014 was a year of changes and additions for CDG Builders. The company experienced growth not just in revenue, but in client base and within our in-field and office teams. In April, CDG launched a new, reimagined logo and website. The website features a userfriendly interface, extensive project gallery, and company profiles. The decision to change our look came off a successful year and the desire for a cleaner, updated look. This September, CDG officially met the 2014 Fiscal Year goal, set by Principals Greg Horvath and Chris DeFazio. The number of awarded projects increased 30% from last year, with a 44% increase overall in revenue. Mid-way into the fourth quarter, the 2014 goal had already been exceeded by 20%! In the same quarter, we were fortunate enough to appear on the Orange County Business Journal’s List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies, dropping 51 spots from 2013’s list to

the 23rd Fastest-Growing Small Private Company in Orange County. As we begin 2015, CDG Builders is positioning itself for another successful year. We have recently been awarded our first OSHPD 1 project and will be looking to expand into that market sector this year as well as continuing to provide excellence in service and finished products to our clients both existing and new. the 1st and 3rd floors of an existing office space. The 1st floor consists of a supervised visitation suite and will include a private bathroom. The 3rd floor will receive administrative offices, break room, reception, and conference room with new finishes throughout. Fremont Hills Assisted Living, Fremont – 4,026 sqft. CDG has secured another project in Northern California at an assisted living facility. The facility will receive a 12-unit room turn with new finishes, cabinets, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. ProSource Showroom, Irvine – 11,350 sqft. This is a full design-build project for a wholesale showroom of kitchen and bathroom products. The finished space will include several minishowrooms to showcase products in a variety of settings. Mullen & Filippi, Orange – 8,652 sqft. This is an expansion of an existing suite on the 18th floor at City Tower. Work includes new offices, conference room and new finishes throughout.

In the fourth quarter, CDG Builders was awarded 20 projects, worth a total value of just over 2 million, with a total awarded square footage of 131,000. We are excited to share a handful of these projects with you. Park Terrace, Rancho Santa Margarita – 6,970 sqft. This assisted living facility is receiving an interior renovation with a new bistro, lounge, offices and private dining room expansion. An advanced outdoor living space will be constructed with a fire pit, fireplace, and BBQ. First American Real Estate, Irvine – 30,196 sqft. CDG is excited to announce our first project with The Irvine Company. The tenant is consolidating its office from two full floors to a floor and a half. A new electrical room will be added as well as offices, reception area, and an expanded break room. The space will receive new carpet and paint. Child Abuse Prevention Center, Anaheim – 11,502 sqft. This MEP design-build, project spans
