From 100 to 400 guests, elegant seated dinners to festive fetes that will keep your guests talking, the Civic is the perfect setting for your special day! The beautiful original architectural touches have been carefully preserved to create an elegant, distinctively New Orleans setting while new design and the latest technology offer a modern approach to style & service. Our experienced Sales team can help create a wedding that perfectly represents you! We can help with all aspects of planning, from booking your band and selecting decor to creating themed cocktails.

RENTAL - $4,500.00+
3 hour wedding reception, $1,000 per hour for each additional hour
CEREMONY FEE - $900 1 hour ceremony
BAR SERVICE MINIMUM – $6,000++
Bar provided by Civic; a 20% service charge and 10.75 % sales tax will be applied to minimum bar revenue. **If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged as additional room rental. **Cocktails and wine are served in disposable signature Civic wares.
INCLUDED: Exclusivity of theatre, Sales and Logistics Manager on-site to coordinate all aspects of your event, private backstage dressing room for Bride & Groom, security outside theatre, door host, bathroom attendants, pre and post event cleaning Use of the venue for Pre-Wedding Engagement or Bridal photo shoot Six cocktail rounds and ten hi-boy tables, ivory or black cotton linens and votive candles can be provided with the venue. Our experienced Sales Staff can help coordinate all event furniture and linen rental on your behalf Set up – 4 hours prior to event Tear Down and Rental Return – immediately following event.

CIVIC CATERING PARTNERS: *A licensed outside catering company can be used for a fee of $5.00 per guest. Caterer must provide a certificate of insurance listing the Civic Theatre as an additional insured.
