CENTENNIAL JR. KNIGHTS BASKETBALL
FEES AND UNIFORM ORDERS WILL BE COLLECTED AT MEETING Fees: •
$10 Tryout fee (due at door, boys only)
•
$400 for returning players with 2014-15 Uniform. $460 for new Players (includes uniform)
•
A raffle drawing will be used to recoup registration fees. Players will have the opportunity to sell 40 raffle tickets ($10/each). Each raffle sold can be used to offset their prepaid fee. If a family sells all 40 raffles, their effective cost of registration will be $0

MANDATORY PARENTS MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th IN THE CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY FROM 6:15 -8:00pm.

PLEASE NOTE: You may not participate in any of the above activities without the Waiver form filled out in its entirety. It can be downloaded from the website, and please have it completed BEFORE you arrive. Also, your chances of making the team are dependent upon your showing up to and working hard at the tryouts for the coaches. Therefore, it is imperative that you come to as many sessions as you can!
