Above this base, the façade is composed of two volumetric masses. The larger volume is clad almost entirely of glass windows over which a bold red grid framework is superimposed to accent and reinforce the ordered façade. In contrast to this glass curtainwall stands a taller, tower-like volume with large rectangular punched openings, providing a firm anchor for the composition.
